Astute Electronics Ltd, franchised global distributor and procurement specialist, brings you the EQHJ Series ultra-low phase jitter oscillators from frequency control specialist, Euroquartz.
Using proven high-reliability technology, EQHJ oscillators are designed for ultra-low phase noise high-speed serial communications and video streaming applications within defence, aerospace and demanding industrial environments.
Typically achieving 50fs, these oscillators deliver frequency stability from ±25ppm over the industrial frequency range -40 to +85°C. They provide LVCMOS output from a supply voltage of 1.8, 2.5 or 3.3V.
Three industry standard surface-mount packages are available encompassing 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.4mm, 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.2mm and 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.0mm. Current consumption ranges from 3mA typical, 5mA maximum for the smallest package size to 7mA typical, 10mA maximum for the largest devices.
All package sizes are available over the frequency range 5.0 to 50MHz and additional specifications include 15pF load (CMOS), start-up time of 0.8ms typical, 5.0ms maximum and duty cycle of 50 per cent ±5 per cent (measured at 50 per cent VDD). Typical rise times are 5.0ns for smallest size down to 1.5ns for largest package, 10ns maximum across all sizes.
