Artesyn’s extensive standard AC-DC product portfolio covers a power range of 3 watts to 5 kilowatts and includes open-frame and enclosed models, highly configurable modular power supplies, and rack-mounting bulk front end units. Many of these products are available in medically approved versions and a large number of the higher power models feature extensive built-in intelligence. The company also produces a wide range of DC-DC power conversion products including isolated DC-DC converters, covering industry-standard sixteenth- to full-brick form factors and power ratings from 3 watts to 800 watts, and three application-optimized families of non-isolated DC-DC converters.
Ros Kruger, TTI’s Director Supplier Marketing Europe, said: ‘We are very excited about our new relationship with Artesyn Embedded Technologies and its extensive range of AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion products. Artesyn is planning a significant increase in new product introductions this year, focusing on supporting the shift from analogue to digital designs, with new on-line tools. The company is also supporting new medical and rail standards. Artesyn’s breadth of portfolio and technological leadership is a perfect addition to TTI’s power portfolio and vertical market strengths.’
Eddie Gallacher, VP Sales EMEA for Artesyn Embedded Technologies, believes: ‘Adding TTI to our channel portfolio in EMEA is a key component of our growth strategy. We are already engaged with TTI through Sager Power Systems and Mouser in North America, and have been impressed by investments made and the growth in activity this has generated. TTI has a strong presence in EMEA with established customer relationships across the entire region, enabling the engagement to hit the ground running.
The Artesyn team is excited about this new relationship and we are looking forward to the growth to our respective businesses that this will bring.’
