In 2011 our delivery performance within a seven-day window was at 96 per cent and we now stand at 99.9 per cent within a three-day window. Our quality performance stood at 98 per cent and we can now boast 99.7 per cent.

“As we work towards the SC21 silver award and the AS9100 aerospace standard we are adopting the 5S program and further improving our lean manufacturing techniques. SC21 has provided a formula and platform for best practice in our business.”
