Southern Electronics, the UK’s longest-running electronics show, returns to FIVE, Farnborough from March 21st to 23rd 2017.

For these types of visitors, the diversity of firms exhibiting is a major strength as it facilitates being able to discuss a whole range of manufacturing and design issues in just one visit. The show is divided roughly equally between Electronics and Manufacturing, and with over 800 exhibitors expected in a single venue larger than 5 halls of the NEC combined, there are plenty of conversations to be had.
Buyers from all sectors find the show worthwhile, but its location close to Farnborough airport in Hampshire makes the event especially interesting to those involved in aerospace, defence, maritime and medical technology. The South East has a highly developed Aerospace and Defence sector. 22% of the UK’s 3,400 firms operate in the area, together with the top ten US aerospace & defence and the UK’s largest space exploration company.
