Rutronik Workshop with Intel, Bosch Sensortec and Melexis: Microcontrollers and sensors for the IoT

Distributor Rutronik, subsidiary of Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH, is organising a workshop in collaboration with Intel, Bosch Sensortec and Melexis. Participants will learn about the powerful design possibilities of combining Intel’s latest Quark microcontrollers with cutting-edge sensors from Bosch Sensortec and Melexis. The full-day workshop will take place on 7th September at Intel’s Headquarters in Swindon.

The workshop provides development engineers with details about Intel’s Quark Roadmapping and IoT. The Quark microcontrollers combine an onboard sensor subsystem and feature a pattern matching engine that allows it to learn and differentiate. Intel FAE’s will familiarise the participants with the working methods of the pattern matching technology, showing how they can best benefit from its real-time capability in industrial settings, monitoring energy consumption or triggering an event if an anomalous event occurs.

In the sensor technology sector, Rutronik will give an overview of the latest sensor technologies. Bosch Sensortec and Melexis, two of the world’s major sensor manufacturers, will illustrate their latest technologies, trends and application options.

The full-day workshop will take place on 7th September 2016 at Intel’s Headquarters in Swindon. It is free of charge. Due to limited places, you will need to register at
