One of the largest online electrical retailers in Europe, reichelt elektonik, is now offering affordable electrical components from new brand RND to its customers. The new brand is an important step in the market, further strengthening reichelt‘s position across Europe.
RND offers high-end users and engineers electrical products for professional use, such as fuse holders, bare housings, cables / wires, connectors and resistors – essential products for anyone in the electrical industry.
Quality in focus
The range of RND covers the everyday basic requirements of electrotechnical components, from connectors to cables and laboratory equipment. The brand is characterised by a particularly good price / performance ratio. For example, customers can save about 20 to 40 per cent on small plastic housing against comparable competing products. All products are subject to strict quality control and meet current industry standards. In addition, the brand guarantees compliance with the CE, RoHS and REACH standards.
“With our concept of offering professional users a solid and high-quality base of electronic components and products at a favourable price, we see good opportunities for us to establish ourselves with RND in the market. With RND, we help our customers save money without sacrificing quality,” says Christian Reinwald, head of product management and marketing at reichelt.
Continuous expansion of the range
RND’s range currently includes around 3,500 products. The brand has already been popular amongst its target customers with products such as SMD-Kerkos, SMD resistors, fuse holders, housings or plug-in connectors. The range is constantly being expanded with new products from the workshop, MRO and automation areas.
“When choosing the product range, we rely on our many years of experience in the electronics industry and with RND, offer a real, low-cost alternative to the already established brand manufacturers in this sector,” explains Sven Pannewitz, product manager for the RND line at reichelt elektronik.
For almost 50 years now, reichelt elektronik has successfully been marketing electronic components and IT technology.
