One of few: TQ circuit board designer certified by FED and IPC

TQ circuit board designer, Benjamin Ullrich, has completed a comprehensive continuing education course from the German Professional Association for Electronics Design (FED) and the global trade and standardisation organisation (IPC), meaning that he is now a member of an exclusive club. Previously, there were 18 graduates who had achieved the title of “Certified Electronics Designer (ZED)” after successfully completing all ZED Levels I – IV.

The “Certified Electronics Designer (ZED)” is a qualification for circuit board designers according to standard specifications based on the IPC guidelines. The educational concept consists of professional development training and four modules that build upon one another. TQ circuit board designer, Benjamin Ullrich, has successfully finished the program and was certified by both the FED and IPC. The certificates confirm that the graduates have technical knowledge, both broad-based and specialised, in the design of circuit boards and electronics assemblies. The educational content is based on both present and future technological challenges.
