New high-temperature, high-shock clock oscillator from IQD

 The LHAT series is available with a frequency range of 320kHz to 50MHz, a frequency stability of ±100ppm over +25 to +150 degrees C, and also ±175ppm over +25 to +200 degrees C for applications which need a higher temperature range. Operating at 3.3V this CMOS output clock oscillator can withstand a shock of 30,000g, 0.3ms. ½ sine and a vibration of 20g, 10-2,000Hz swept sine as per MIL-STD-202G Method 204D condition D.

The method used to connect the leads to the package, which IQD believes to be unique, reduces the mechanical and thermal mounting stresses, making the LHAT series ideal for applications which are used in demanding mechanical and high thermal situations including: downhole instrumentation, rotary shaft sensors, underground mining tools and avionics applications.
