For the 11th consecutive year, National Instruments UK & Ireland has been recognised as one of the 50 best medium-sized workplaces in the UK by The Great Place to Work Institute. In the 2016 listing, NI ranks in 17th position.

How the Great Place to Work Institute evaluates the best workplaces
Organisations who take part in the Best Workplaces Programme are evaluated using the Great Place to Work’s unique methodology which combines the results from the employee survey (Trust Index) and the management survey (Culture Audit). The experience of employees is the most important element of the evaluation, accounting for two thirds of the total score and the management survey the last third.
