The SMxJ Series TVS Diodes are industry standard components with three peak power ratings – 400W, 600W, and 1500W that operate at a working voltage range of 5V – 400V. They feature flat clamping with clamping capability, unidirectional or bidirectional polarity, and very fast response times.
