Laird Technologies, a leading designer and supplier of customised performance-critical components and systems for advanced electronics and wireless products, has signed a distribution agreement with Avnet Abacus for its Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Thermal Management product lines.
Avnet Abacus has a widespread presence in Europe, with 40 offices in 18 countries. Their extensive experience and multiple locations in the region will allow them to provide product, service and technical support to customers at a local level. With this agreement, Avnet Abacus customers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland will have access to Laird Technologies’ EMI and Thermal Management solutions.

Among Laird Technologies EMI product offerings are: Fabric-over-Foam, Board-Level Shielding and Microwave Absorbers. Thermal Management product offerings include Thermoelectric Assemblies as well as Thermoelectric Modules.
