During the planning stages for the new vision system, special attention was given to the particular requirements of longstanding customers: a flexible vision system which provides solutions for simple shape and position detection in addition to inspection for completeness, right on up to complex measuring tasks. Other functions are possible as well thanks to the automatic tracking function, such as object differentiation, bulk goods analysis and optimized orientation correction.
The modular system design consisting of Control Unit and Camera is above all distinguished by the new Teach + function which allows wenglor to respond to customer requirements extremely quickly. The user records the affected segment of the production process to a data file and transmits it to a service technician via wenglor’s website. Project settings are optimized by wenglor and sent back to the user. After reading in the parameters, production can be continued uninterruptedly at full speed. The entire process is completed without accessing the customer’s network.
The new VisionSystem + is ideally supplemented with an extensive range of illumination technology. Highly luminous Floodlights and Ring Illuminators, as well as Spotlights in various sizes, shed ideal light on your application. Various types of light and operating modes (through-beam operation, flash mode, diffuse light dispersion etc.) provide for perfect contrast conditions.
