GTK announced the appointment of Wolfgang Pohl in the position of business development manager for Germany.
Wolfgang has extensive international sales experience in the electronics industry having worked for TTI, Harwin, Avnet and Abacus over the last 15 years, with his last position as director of sales for Harwin covering Germany and Austria.
Julie Arrowsmith, sales director for GTK said, “GTK have been selling into the German market for a number of years already, but Wolfgang will help us to substantially increase our sales momentum, by virtue of his market knowledge and technical expertise. He is a great fit for GTK.”
Wolfgang added, “I’m really excited about this new position. I have just spent two weeks at GTK’s headquarters in the UK, learning about their products and capabilities. What’s really extraordinary is the number of custom products that they manufacture for customers to meet their exact specifications. They work really closely with their customer base and develop long term partnerships with them.”
