Conrad builds on partnership with Phoenix Contact with increased product range

Conrad Business Supplies has extended its internet brand shop dedicated to its Phoenix Contact franchise, providing direct access to technical information and online ordering for over 18,000 items including high-quality terminal blocks, cable interconnects, circuit-protection devices, and industrial control, safety, interface and switching modules. The Phoenix Contact product line makes extensive use of push-in interconnect technology, which streamlines wiring of control cabinets while enhancing accuracy and safety.

Equipment designers and installers can also benefit from the versatile CLIPLINE complete connection system and accessories, PLUGTRAB PT-IQ protection modules for applications requiring high system availability, and cost-effective HEAVYCON EVO plastic industrial interconnects.

Visitors to the Phoenix Contact brand shop are able to source components in quantities from single units up to high volumes in industrial packaging.

This enhanced online site is part of Conrad’s family of brand shops, or Markenshops, that provide high-class information about the companies, an overview of their product ranges as well as videos and applications. Currently 18 shops are online, which guide visitors to products from major brands serving applications such as energy management, industrial automation, test & measurement, test equipment, hand tools, and others.

“Phoenix Contact has shown tremendous commitment to our brand shop initiative from the start, which is typical of the cooperation and creativity that has made our partnership of 14 years such a success,” said Jürgen Spörl, Product Manager, Category Business Supplies at Conrad. “Each of our brand shops is proving very successful; enabling us to help customers find information about brands and their products quickly and efficiently.”
