TE Connectivity (TE) has launched its new DEUTSCH 5015 High Power contacts that are able to deliver improved performance and reliability, and fully comply with the MIL-DTL-5015 specification for military and aerospace markets.

HUBER+SUHNER has unveiled a new connector for RF connectivity applications up to a maximum of 12.4GHz. Unlike HUBER+SUHNER’s standard BMA connector series, the new cost effective blind mate ECO BMA connector has been produced with a brass housing and surface plated using the company’s SUCOPRO process.

Molex Incorporated has introduced the Plateau HS Dock+ Connector System for networks that require higher data rates with superior signal integrity to meet the growth in networking and wireless device markets. With a low-mating force, guide features, various offset heights, and the ability to mate in a standard coplanar or inverted coplanar position, this high-speed docking connector system is intended for PCB-blade (option card) to PCB-midplane (host) applications.

TE Connectivity (TE) has launched new extensions to its rugged, high-speed Mezalok mezzanine connector family. These extensions include a stack height of 15mm and a new 320 position size, which fill a height gap and adds additional pin density. The Mezalok connector family has been designed specifically for mezzanine cards in rugged applications and is standardized as the interconnect for XMC 2.0 (VITA 61).

AVX Corporation has received Underwriter Laboratory (UL) certifications for uninsulated single contacts in industrial applications, a move that validates the company’s assertion that its broad range of uninsulated single contacts provides full connector performance without the added expense of the insulator and its associated assembly costs.

Crystek has extended the frequency range of its high performance RF coaxial cable assemblies to 50 GHz. The new 50 GHz low-loss RF cable assemblies feature corrosion-resistant 2.4 mm 303 stainless steel connectors and three levels of shielding for low attenuation (loss) over distance (1.44 dB/ft. at 50 GHz). They are in stock in standard lengths of 24", 39.4" and 48", with custom lengths available.

HARTING has introduced a new high-temperature connector family, the Han HighTemp Series, which has been designed to enable the reliable transmission of signals and power at temperatures up to 200°C in industrial environments.

Molex Incorporated has released a vertical configuration version of its DuraClik 2.00 mm pitch wire-to-board connectors. These vertical DuraClik connectors have been designed for on-board automotive instrumentation, including steering wheels, gear sticks, wipers/indicators, headlights, inverters and air conditioners, in addition to electric bicycles, trucks, cranes, factory automation equipment and other high vibration applications.

Harwin, a hi-rel connector and SMT board hardware manufacturer, has announced the launch of a new range of PCB-mounted, dual-entry test sockets that accept a 2mm pin. These low profile devices measure only 5.16mm max above the board when mounted, and feature gold-plated contacts to ensure excellent electrical performance.

TE Connectivity (TE) has unveiled the Maulflex conduit system, a light-weight, flexible and customisable shielded electrical conduit system for rugged environments within the aerospace industry, designed specifically to be used in ground support test equipment cables. The conduit system protects integrated harnessing systems while allowing re-entry and repair.
