Luso Electronics, a supplier and installer of microwave systems and components and a franchised distributor via its Luso Electronics Distribution division, has signed a franchised distribution agreement for France, Ireland and the UK with Rhode Island based A.T. Wall Company, a leading supplier of precision tubing and fabricated metal components.

Electronic components distributor Digi-Key Corporation has announced that it is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom and Ireland with dedicated local sales and customer support resources to support a rapidly expanding customer base. Digi-Key is also opening a European sales and support office in Munich, and has appointed three additional EMEA regional sales directors.

Vishay’s extended IHLP family of low-profile, high-current inductors - the new IHLP-8787MZ-5A series, which features rated currents up to 180A and a high operating temperature to +155°C - is now available from distributor Rutronik.

TTI is stocking Honeywell‘s new Zephyr HAF Series analogue airflow sensors. Designed to measure mass flow of air and other non-corrosive gases, Zephyr HF Series sensors provide an analogue interface for reading airflow over specified full-scale flow and compensated temperature ranges. The sensors are fully calibrated and temperature-compensated with a built-in Application-Specific IC (ASIC) for fast response time and precise airflow measurement.

Rutronik has become the European distributor for DFI, the Taiwanese manufacturer of high-quality industrial main boards, embedded boards and embedded systems. The distribution agreement comprises DFI"s entire product portfolio of board solutions, add-on cards and complete systems, particularly for industrial automation, medical technology and digital signage as well as POI/POS applications.

Luso Electronics has added to its distribution portfolio with the ‘Golf Fan’ products from Zaward, which are designed for thermal cooling use in computing and industrial applications. Three families of products, the Golf Fan G1, G2 and G3, implement the same design concept – patented by Zaward – which is based on the dimpled surface of a golf ball.

TTI, the specialist distributor of passive, discrete, connector and electromechanical components, is now offering a range of defence and aerospace grade components from Radiall. The announcement follows a recent extension of the pre-existing agreement between the two companies.
