The new line of ATS cold plates will be available through Richardson RFPD, adding a reliable, high-performance liquid cooling solution for the distributor’s power electronics customers.

ATS cold plates have an innovative, high aspect ratio fin field that provides 30 per cent better thermal performance than comparable products on the market. The cold plates are also manufactured with hole patterns for easy mounting of industry-standard IGBTs and other power devices, such as those from Mitsubishi, Vincotech, and other leaders in the power electronics industry.
