America II Electronics, Inc has further expanded its franchise distribution network with the addition of Orion Fans, Exar Corporation and Gold Peak Industries, as well as a significant number of additional franchise lines.
In addition to numerous franchise and direct lines America II provides supply chain solutions, cost-saving programs and inventory solutions to OEM and EMS companies around the world. In this way America II believes it can offer the best of all worlds; the reliability of franchise lines alongside various value-added services.
One of America II’s recently signed franchise partners, Gold Peak Industries, is the largest company on America II’s line card to-date, with annual sales of approximately $719 million. America II will be responsible for distributing the company’s range of battery solutions through Gold Peak’s Gold Batteries division.
Orion Fans, another recently signed franchise line, is a leading manufacturer of cooling solutions for high-performance applications and delivers an extensive line of blowers, fans and accessories that will supplement America II’s existing product offerings.
Meanwhile, Exar Corporation designs and develops integrated circuits and solutions for various applications, including industrial and embedded systems communication and infrastructure markets.
