As well as a wide range of standard 8D Series/38999 connectors for same day dispatch, customers are able to “build” their own solution from Lane’s massive connector piece parts inventory with delivery on surprisingly short lead times.
These high performance 8D/38999 circular connectors are high density, threaded coupling connectors available in a wide range of shell materials including aluminium, composite, marine bronze and stainless steel. They can also be supplied in different finishes including RoHS compliant, black Zinc Nickel, Nickel and Olive-Green Cadmium platings. The connectors are manufactured by Souriau for whom Lane is an assembling distributor.
These 8D Series/38999 compliant connectors can be supplied with several contact types including signal, power, high power, coax, triax, quadrax or Elio fibre optic contacts.
To complete an 8D Series/38999 solution, Lane Electronics offers a range of accessories including plug caps, receptacle caps and gaskets, with a wide choice of plating options with steel wire rope or nylon cords.
