The business case for mobile apps

Almost half of small businesses have already developed a mobile app or plan to do so. Mobile apps can bring many efficiencies to businesses including geo-specific marketing opportunities, loyalty schemes that encourage user engagement and increased brand visibility.
Before developing an app, you should consider if your customers would use it and do some research into the availability of competitor apps so that you can establish your USP. It is also worth reviewing what customers are saying about competitor apps to help you identify any missing or broken features that could be addressed by your app.
