Schneider Electric, the leader in digital transformation, energy management and automation, has announced a partnership with Houzz.co.uk, the world’s leading platform for home renovation and design, to offer their electrician partners a brand badge to show the installer’s affiliation with the global manufacturer and help their profiles stand out on Houzz.
Houzz is the world’s largest online residential renovation and design platform and connects millions of homeowners with tradespeople and home improvement professionals across the UK and around the world. Electricians can access the application form for the free listing and the badge via the mySchneider portal. This helps to reassure homeowners that they are dealing with an expert Schneider Electric professional, increasing the potential for new customers for the electrician.
With Houzz, electricians can showcase their work and provide insight into their values, working style and approach through a portfolio of photos, client reviews, and direct community interaction. According to the 2017 UK Houzz and Home Study, 93 per cent of remodelling homeowners on Houzz hired a professional in 2016. 61 per cent of these homeowners hired an electrician.
There is still time for electricians to register for a brand badge on the mySchneider Electricians’ portal. The mySchneider portal is free for professionals working in the residential and lighting commercial sectors. The portal is a one-stop-shop for product information, training and customer and technical support. Partners also get further access to the reward scheme and exclusive competitions.
