Agilent Technologies has introduced the Infiniium 90000 Q-Series of oscilloscopes providing real-time bandwidth of 63 GHz on two channels and 33 GHz on four channels. Hamamatsu Photonics has introduced a new streak camera with sensitivity in the near infrared region up to 1650 nm that is many orders of magnitude higher than previously available. Like other streak cameras, the new C11293 model is able to simultaneously record intensity vs. time vs. position (or wavelength) with very high temporal resolution.

Agilent Technologies has introduced the E4982A LCR meter, the latest addition to its LCR family of meters. LeCroy Corporation has released the WaveStation series of function/arbitrary waveform generators. The WaveStation is capable of generating signals up to 50 MHz and offers a 3.5” display, intuitive front panel, 2 output channels on all models and PC waveform editing software. The new models are available with bandwidths of 10 MHz, 25 MHz and 50 MHz; each with 125 MS/s sampling rate, 14-bit resolution and 16 kpts memory per channel.
