Dallas-based Orion Fans, a manufacturer of standard and custom AC and DC fans, fan trays and accessories, and Digi-Key Corporation have entered into an agreement in which Digi-Key will distribute Orion Fans' product lines to customers worldwide. The global agreement covers Orion Fans' entire thermal management portfolio. The AC, DC fans, fan trays and accessories will be available on Digi-Key's websites and in future online catalogues.
"Our distribution agreement with Digi-Key will further enhance our reputation of having one of the fastest lead times in the thermal management industry," said David Luna, Orion Fans' product marketing manager. "Digi-Key's expertise and customer service will help enhance our strategy of providing innovative thermal management solutions to current and future customers." Commenting on the agreement Jeff Shafer, Digi-Key's vice president of interconnect, passive, and electromechanical product said "Orion Fans' AC and DC fans and fan tray products will fulfill an increasing demand for quality cooling products. There is no doubt our customer base will benefit from the expanded options that this agreement makes possible."
